Construction is under way! We’re thrilled to announce the start of hard demolition as part of site works for CDL Australia’s Brickworks Park neighbourhood, marking a very exciting milestone for our future residents. As part of the works, the well-known heritage Brickworks chimney is being retained and will form an integral part of this new neighbourhood.
Four excavators ranging up to 30 tonnes are currently on site demolishing industrial buildings to make way for the transformation into a stunning new residential neighbourhood.
The start of construction is a major new step in the life of any new development – and so you can follow the progress, we’ll be providing regular updates on this page – together with photos and footage.
The new phase of work comes after a special VIP celebration last week at our new onsite display suite at 30 Yarradale Street, Alderley, as future neighbours met each other for the first time while enjoying light refreshments and learning more about the project.
